Our Team

Our team at Osteopaths of Whittlesea is made up of experienced osteopathy professionals. Designed to service the Whittlesea community and surrounds, practitioners can treat all types of skeleton and musculature conditions and complaints.  Meet some of our practitioners below!

Dr Justine Boscaglia

With a Masters in Osteopathic Medicine from Victoria University, Dr Justine Boscaglia has treated thousands of patients over a career spanning two decades in metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.

In 2020, Justine was thrilled to bring a team of talented Osteopaths to Whittlesea and mentor up-and-coming practitioners in the field at her new practice – Osteopaths of Whittlesea.

Designed to service the Whittlesea community and surrounds, practitioners at Osteopaths of Whittlesea can treat all types of skeleton and musculature conditions and complaints.

Justine herself specialises in treating spinal conditions, particularly necks, postural complaints and headaches. Also a certified and practising Pilates and Yoga instructor at her studio – Symmetree Yoga Pilates and Barre in Yarrambat – Justine respects that the body must be treated as whole unit, not in isolation.

She continues her study to this day, now studying Applied Positive Psychology. Justine looks forward to implementing more of these concepts and practices in her treatment approach towards pain management and her patients flourishing towards wellness.

Justine looks forward to managing and treating patients at Osteopaths of Whittlesea, mentoring the next generation of talented practitioners, and being of service to the incredible community she calls home.

Dr Kate Davies

Kate graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Health Science in Osteopathy. She has been training in circus skills for over 10 years, which is where her interest in health and osteopathy arose.

Kate takes an empathetic and holistic approach to treatment, looking at the whole body to find and treat the root cause of pain and dysfunction, not just the symptoms. She uses a range of manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription, in addition to educating patients and empowering them to play an active role in their recovery. Kate also seeks to understand each patient’s perspective about their health and enjoys working with them to develop a tailored management plan to reach their goals.

While completing her Masters, Kate assisted teaching clinical skills to first year osteopathy students. She has experience working as a sports trainer at her local football club and has completed further studies in dry needling and cupping.

Dr Keely Henderson

Keely has always had a passion for competitive sport that began at the ripe age of 5 where she started little athletics. Her journey through the ranks in Track & Field and the injuries that come with high level sport is what lead her to discovering Osteopathy.

Keely’s personal experience with injury and how to manage a return to sport is what makes her passionate about Osteopathy with its holistic approach and finding the cause of the injury to prevent it reoccurring.

As a local to the City of Whittlesea area, she hopes to bring all that Osteopathy encompasses to her patients.
