Dr Justine Boscaglia

With over 25 years of clinical experience and a Masters in Osteopathic Medicine from Victoria University, Dr Justine Boscaglia has treated thousands of patients across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.

As the founder and director of Integrate Health and Wellness in Melbourne's northern suburbs, Justine leads a multidisciplinary team of twelve practitioners across allied health clinics and reformer Pilates studios. Her practice philosophy—derived from the Latin integrare, meaning "to make whole"—reflects her commitment to treating the body as an integrated system rather than isolated parts.

A certified Pilates and yoga instructor who has owned and operated wellness studios for over two decades, Justine brings a unique perspective that bridges movement, manual therapy, and nervous system regulation. Her qualifications in Applied Positive Psychology and Neuroscience Leadership have shaped her innovative approach to pain management and patient wellbeing.

Justine is particularly passionate about mentoring emerging healthcare professionals and advancing the field through education. She is the creator of The Regulation Project, a podcast and educational platform launching 2026, exploring how practitioner nervous system regulation measurably impacts patient outcomes. Her work emphasizes sustainable practice models that support both practitioner wellbeing and optimal clinical results.

Dr Kate Davies

Kate graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Health Science in Osteopathy. She has been training in circus skills for over 10 years, which is where her interest in health and osteopathy arose.

Kate takes an empathetic and holistic approach to treatment, looking at the whole body to find and treat the root cause of pain and dysfunction, not just the symptoms. She uses a range of manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription, in addition to educating patients and empowering them to play an active role in their recovery. Kate also seeks to understand each patient’s perspective about their health and enjoys working with them to develop a tailored management plan to reach their goals.

While completing her Masters, Kate assisted teaching clinical skills to first year osteopathy students. She has experience working as a sports trainer at her local football club and has completed further studies in dry needling and cupping.

Dr Keely Henderson

Keely has always had a passion for competitive sport that began at the ripe age of 5 where she started little athletics. Her journey through the ranks in Track & Field and the injuries that come with high level sport is what lead her to discovering Osteopathy.

Keely’s personal experience with injury and how to manage a return to sport is what makes her passionate about Osteopathy with its holistic approach and finding the cause of the injury to prevent it reoccurring.

As a local to the City of Whittlesea area, she hopes to bring all that Osteopathy encompasses to her patients.

Dr Chris Wittig

Chris brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, research insight, and genuine community connection to the Osteopaths of Whittlesea team. With an academic foundation in exercise science and biomedical science, Chris developed a deep understanding of human movement and physiology before specializing in osteopathy.

His research into hamstring injury and stages of care reflects both professional curiosity and personal experience—having navigated football injuries himself as a young athlete, Chris understands firsthand the journey from injury to recovery and the importance of evidence-based, compassionate care.

What sets Chris apart is not just his clinical knowledge, but his natural ability to connect with people. Many in our community will recognize him as their friendly local barista—a role that revealed his genuine care for people’s wellbeing and his gift for meaningful conversation. This same warmth and attentiveness now shapes his approach to patient care.

Chris is a compassionate, understanding, and professional practitioner who takes time to truly listen and understand each patient’s unique story. His commitment to the welfare and wellness of our community isn’t just professional—it’s personal.
